I am a guy who lives in the Netherlands, started playing and learning with computers when I was 13 years old. Remember the old days with the MSX, ZX-Spectrum, Commodore 64, Philips P2000, Amiga, PC 8086, etc, etc. I have a bachelor in computer science, a lot of experience with MS Windows (versions 3.11 to 8) but switched in 2009 to Apple OS X. Sorry Bill but I like OSX much more and sometimes I wish I had discovered it earlier. In 2012 I started exploring Linux and really like this OS, I am now learning and working with Ubuntu and Debian.
In september 2012 two colleagues introduced the Bitcoin to me and I was fascinated by it. With a group of 6 people we bought 3 Ztex FPGAs and started mining. At that time 2,7 giga Hash per second was quit some power. We earned our investment back very fast and made some profit. In augustus 2013 we sold the FPGAs. July 2013 I bought some mining hardware myself, 3 USB Block Erupters connected to Raspberry Pi with Minepeon. From there on the (cryptocoin)journey started.
On this blog you can find some stories, info, instructions, reviews and so on all about my mining experiences and adventures with mining hard- and software. Perhaps it will help you with similar problems you have with your hard- and software. I share all this just to help out all people who are interested in crypto coins. A small note: I can’t guarantee the solutions or info I provide on my blog will work for you or your system/hardware. Use it at your own risk. I will not support it in a way you can contact me personally with questions and stuff. You can always leave a comment in a topic with questions and if I find the time I will answer of course. If you need more info or support about something take a look at a related forum (for example bitcointalk.org), you will find tons of info there.
A small Donation
If you did find interesting info, or you solved some of your (hard- or software)problems with the help of this website or just like my blog: please feel free to donate some cryptocoins. All donations are welcome large ones 🙂 small, very small, we are happy with anything. Thank you.
Donations will be used to maintain this website and I reserve some cryptocoins for future plans or expansion of the website and doing some tuning, optimizing and experiments with miners (hard- and software).
